Piracy with regards to program applications, games and utilities has been among the famous issues that the world has to deal with at present. Potential income from proper distribution and purchase of developed programs has become something that has deprived most software development companies have to deal and accept.

However, crackdowns have commenced and some have been apprehended. But perhaps it would be best to lay down the ground rules and distribute them to people all over the world to properly define what piracy is categorized in. For some people, sharing their purchased product by giving out their personal codes and serial numbers may not be a big deal but it is something that puts the whole scenario out of control. One reason behind this is lack for knowledge of probable cause and consequences for such.

This practice deprives the mother distributor from professionally distributing their software to target markets. If there is perhaps a controlling body that can put its foot forward, then maybe people may start to think twice before doing everything all over again and putting an end towards piracy practices.
